Release Notes

This is the final version of Lucid 1.0. All future releases of the 1.0 series will be bugfixes, no new features will be added until 2.0. We will also freeze the version of Dojo so that developers don't constantly have to fix their apps to be compatible with the latest version of Dojo (especially those that rely on dojox modules).
