Could you elaborate? In your browser's error console, do any messages show up?

I get a LOT of errors like the ones below, but with the a different string after "Warning: reference to undefined property". They are all in lucid.js. I didn't post them all because there are, as I said, A LOT.
Warning: reference to undefined property this._hash[id] Source File: http://extras.sumovolunteers.co.cc/lucid/desktop/dojotoolkit/lucid/lucid.js Line: 16
Warning: reference to undefined property 4b1[this.itemNumPropName] Source File: http://extras.sumovolunteers.co.cc/lucid/desktop/dojotoolkit/lucid/lucid.js Line: 16

Ok, what browser are you running, and on which OS? Also, tell us a bit about your server setup. Sorry for the late response.
Firefox on Vista. It is a linux server. (Sorry for the late response too)

Hmm, I'm not all that sure what may be causing that... are you sure everything got uploaded ok?

On my first install, I also got this problem but some tinkering solved the issue. I had it deleted, purged and installed again but that did not help either. You probably would want to look at the working plug-ins on your browser or your anti virus might be stopping a network service the messenger is posting as a requirement. But if the problem still persists, better contact the right support team to handle the problem for you.
