I threw together some concept screenshots for the mobile UI.
Home screen:
(the icons kind of got spaced weird, but you get the idea)
Using an app (Todo list):
Application/window switching:
Obviously some apps would work better in landscape mode then vertically. Some changes to the window widget may also be necessary so that the mobile UI can grab onto the app's main window.

I like the simplistic idea but I think that experienced users would look for something with better aesthetics. I have used a similar tool, evernote and I think there is some common ground for the two though the more advanced and better features for lucid. I do hope though that this reaches the market with a better point so that more users will be exposed to it. I want to see something that would incorporate positioning and mobile camera.
