Installation Help: Connection Error on Install

Im running PHP5.x and the latest MySQL, when I go through the install procedure it says everything is ok until the 2nd last step. Installing tab where i get the error

{"Parsing form values...":"...done","Generating encryption hash...":"...done","Saving configuration...":"...done","Loading configuration...":"...done","Creating table for 'session' class...":"...done"} : Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/rezo/public_html/lucid/backend/lib/output.php:112) in on line 4

I've gone back and triple check the DB details are correct so now i'm not sure how to proceed.

Ok, have you made sure that the user that you provided has the ability to create tables, and has any other permissions needed on the DB?

I get the exact same error. No other permissions required.
